Spring is Finely Here

WOW...............spring did get here, thank god I was beginning to think that it would never get here!!!

I have been spending a lot of time outside doing yard work. I love to plant pretty flowers all around, it makes everything look so nice and the humming birds really like it also.

I also love to feed the wild life in my yard, we have so many nice song birds, its so nice to get up in the morning and go outside with a fresh cup of coffee, sit there and just listen to them sing and chatter.

They are all so happy it's spring and all they can think about is mating and getting their nests ready for the new babies.

Speaking of babies we still have not seen any new fawns yet. I know it will be any day now, we have not seen the doe's in 3 days and I'm pretty sure that means that they are birthing and getting ready to birth their new fawns!

I am also trying to get my veggie garden going this year, I tried last year but the wild life eat everything before it could get ripe................grrrr This year we are putting a garden fence around the veggie garden to keep the pesky little critters out!!

The thing that bothers me is that they only take one bite out of each thing making it pretty had to use any of the veggies : (

Friday Night

Raining again, I hate it when it rains. I have been working most of the day I have gotten a lot done ; ) It makes me feel good when I have a productive day!!
